CTI Integration

This module establishes connectivity with available Telephony System over its proprietary interface. Once the connectivity is established and acknowledged its authenticity, module stays connected with Telephony System till you quit the program or Telephony System stops working for whatever reason.

The module captures every small event takes place on Service Provider its Line and Agent Devices.

The moment Link with Telephone System goes down, it raises warning. This warning is either popped up on the screen or forwarded as email message to Supervisor.

For every call it captures :

• Incoming CLID
• Trunk/channel where Call is terminated
• Extn number where call lands
• Ringigng duration
• Hold duration
• Call talk duration

This module also holds the functionality of call control.

The module is capable of communicating with most of Telephony System brands available in local market.

The module and its functionality is thoroughly tested and certified by most of the globally recognized brands of Telephony Systems.
