Progressive Dialer aims for high agent productivity.

Progressive dialing mode proves to be effective in campaigns where all calls are of similar type. In this mode, Dialer application stats dialing call automatically from database as soon as agents availability is intimated. Agent is always available on line when customer answers the call.

Progressive Dialer keeps check on Agent status as well as uploaded number list for smooth and automated dialing functionality. Multiple calling attempts are offered for unsuccessful numbers. Agent has to manually distinguish the call connectivity status.

Customer information is available to agent in Popup window while call is being answered. Progressive dialer do not allow agent to waste time in between two calls. Which results in more no of call attempts and accurate call disposition.
