Blast Dialer is in-house advance voice message broadcasting solution. It offers you to deliver critical and time-sensitive voice message to multiple people with ease. Broadcasting messages using Blast Dialer will ensure that every relevant phone number is dialed and message is delivered to all answered calls.
This Hardware based Blast Dialer identifies busy, unanswered calls, or calls answered by voicemails and answering machines.
It facilitates with multiple automated attempts in case of unavailability. Blast dialer can deliver;
- Mode 1: Prerecorded voice messages or
- Mode 2: On the fly recorded Message
Blast Dialer can be used to broadcast;
- Urgent/Emergency notification to staff, students-parents
- Alert doctors and related staff of a critical time-sensitive announcement
- Blast Dialer is used for delivering any critical and time-sensitive voice message.
- Blast dialer can send pre-recorded voice message or it lets caller to record the message on the fly.
- Blast Dialer can choose which message is to be delivered depending on;
- Incoming call CLID or
- Dialed IVR extension or
- The code dialed by caller over IVR.
- Multiple number lists can uploaded in system, associated with every IVR extension/ incoming call CLID/ Code entered.
- This activity is completely automated and do not require any Agent interaction.
- Number of simultaneous calls dialed will be directly related with Hardware configuration.
- Reports are available for every dialing activity.
- Every call response will be logged and detail report is available.
