Service Extension Monitoring

Voice mail facility for every Hotel room Guest.

• All service extension are monitored continuously over CTI Link & its status will be informed to PMSI Desk.
• Service extension Status can be informed over email or SMS to supervisor.
• Log of Service extension status will be maintained on PMSI Desk.

Emergency Alert Module

Never miss any message in your absence.

• This module monitors all Communication activities over CTI Link
• It informs unusual events or events meeting specified criteria to PMSI Desk.
• Events such as,
  • Room Phone left off hook for more than set time.
  • Long duration call made by from any room extension.
  • Call on room extension not answered by Guest.
  • Unanswered Service Request.
  • Unanswered Wakeup call
  • Call made from Vacant Room

Room to Room Barring

• Disables intercom facility amongst hotel rooms except the Service Extensions.
• It helps to maintain guest privacy, which adds in customer experience.
• In case of Group booking intercom facility within that group can be enabled.
• This is offered with CTI Link connectivity.

Email/SMS Integration

It is a Notification Mechanism.

• Any deviation from the routine behavior, it immediately conveys the message to relevant person by Email/SMS
• This module can be use to inform;
